I never leave reviews but Dr. Durchalter is the most kind, compassionate , knowledgeable and trustworthy doctor out there! I feel so lucky to have her as my Dermatologist . She always makes me feel comforted and listened to. It is like talking to a friend. Also, she does AMAZING work! Couldn’t recommend more

I have been seeing Dr. Durchhalter since 2019 and I am so glad I have found her. She was the one that gave attention to my concerns. I appreciate everything that she has done to get to where I am at now. I am dealing with hair loss and she is with me all along. She gave me a game plan and it’s been working ever since. Dr Durchhalter has been very thorough and listens to any issues you may have to come up with solutions for. Friendly staff and rarely ever a wait. She is also concise- and friendly.

This is my first visit to the office. Dr. Durchhalter was great she took her time to explain the medication I would need. Also, both the nurse and nurse practitioners were helpful and knowledgeable. I could not remember the medicine I am currently on and they helped me look up their names.

Dr. Durchhalter is an excellent doctor with a wonderful bedside manner and genuine concern for her patients. She successfully helped clear up the minor acne/rash I had on one side of my face. However, my experience has been marred by issues with her billing department and front desk. I’ve been trying to resolve a billing error since March and have yet to receive a refund. Despite numerous calls and voicemails, I have not been able to get a response. I now need to involve my insurance company to resolve this matter. While I highly recommend Dr. Durchhalter for her medical expertise, the billing issues are a significant drawback.
5 Stars for the doctor! It’s a negative with her staff/billing Dept.

If I could give Dr. Trigg more stars, I would! For over 2 years, I was dealing with a horrible painful skin and scalp issue. I had been to over 6 dermatologists, who I was told were the "best." I even waited 7 months to see one doctor in particular who did not take my insurance and I was told he was the BEST "hair/scalp" dermatologist. He offered no solutions, had an awful bedside manner, and the painful condition continued until I met Dr. Trigg. She took her time and listened to me. She was thorough and ran several tests and tried a medication that nobody tried previously. Within 2 weeks of seeing her, I had my life back because I was pain free. I could not stop thanking her. She moved practices and I followed her. I now bring my daughter to her. If you are looking for a kind, patient, understanding doctor that will go the extra mile for you, I totally recommend Dr. Trigg!
